If you want to copy and paste information from another document, this is what you need to do:
Step 1: Highlight the text you want to copy.
Step 2: Press the ‘ctrl’ and ‘c’ buttons simultaneously.
Step 3: Click where you want to paste the selected text.
Step 4: Press the ‘ctrl’ and ‘v’ buttons simultaneously and the text will then appear on the page.
Once you have pasted your text in the message box, you should see it.
Once you have pasted your text it may be necessary to remove any formatting:
Step 1: Highlight the text.
Step 2: Select the 'paragraph' option from the toolbar on the top left-hand side, which is indicated by the arrow in the diagram below.
